Qasar-Han is a Chinese character learning app designed for children.
It is built to support learning without accounts, without tracking, and without sending personal data to our servers.

Qasar-Han asks for:

• A child’s age

This information is used only on the device to:

• Address the child naturally within the app

Information Qasar-Han Does Not Collect

Qasar-Han does not:

• Collect voice, camera, or photo data
• Track usage across apps or services

• Send personal data to our servers

There are no ads, no external analytics, and no social features.

Where Your Child’s Data Lives

All information used by Qasar-Han is stored:

• On the device, and
• Optionally in your private Apple iCloud, if iCloud is enabled

This may include:

• The child’s name and age
• Learning progress
• Favorite or recently viewed characters
• App preferences

We do not operate servers that store this data, and we cannot access it.

iCloud (Optional)

If iCloud is enabled on the device, Apple may store Qasar-Han’s data in your family’s private iCloud account to support:

• Backup and restore
• Syncing across your own devices

This data:

• Is encrypted by Apple
• Is accessible only to you
• Is governed by Apple’s iCloud privacy and security policies

Qasar-Han has no access to this data.

Children’s Privacy

Qasar-Han is designed specifically for children and families.

• Only minimal information (name and age) is used, and only on-device
• No personal data is transmitted externally
• No behavioral profiling occurs
• No targeted or contextual advertising exists

Parents and guardians remain fully in control through Apple’s device and iCloud settings.

Internet & Third-Party Services

Qasar-Han does not connect to:

All learning and personalization happens on the device.

Security by Design

Because Qasar-Han does not transmit personal data or operate user accounts, privacy risks are minimized by design.
